My last post was about HGH..or ‘Human Growth Hormone.’ I really didnt get into a lot of the different HGH products that are available out there. I also mentioned in the last post, that HGH has been looked into as something that helps reverse the aging process (to some degree..as you can never completely reverse aging). It is true… hgh is amazing for anti aging. Natural human growth hormone is produced by the pituitary gland, in the brain. HGH supplements stimulate this growth. Now, as we age…the pituitary gland produces less and less natural growth hormone. Now you can see why HGH does well for aging!!

Now, I will say the same thing here that I say in many other blogs…DO YOUR RESEARCH! Before you settle on ANY hgh supplement, make sure you compare and contrast them. Remember all companies will say their product is the best..when it may not be…so make sure to be the jury, and research before you come to a conclusion.
