Call Centers

It seems like more and more companies are beginning to use call center outsourcing. With this economy..I cannot say that I blame them. The issue is somewhat of a hotbed issue here in the states and quite a lot of people are angry about it. They feel that honest jobs are being taken away from Americans. However, as I said earlier..in todays economy you can never be too careful. You get twice, or three times the world for a quarter of the cost when you outsource.
