You may notice that I am writing a ton about weight loss, and how to achieve it. I write so much about it because I personally know so many people involved in the struggle against weight loss.
There are so many ways to lose weight. Pills, surgeries, and then there is the good old fashioned way…the proper diet, and exercise. My own mother lost 50lbs by eating correctly and walking on treadmills everyday for about 3 months. I know, you must be thinking “wow, 50lbs in 3 months is not very much!” however, you have to remember that losing a lot of weight in a small time period is not good for your body medically, or aesthetically either. By maintaining a proper diet, and proper exercise, my mother has kept the weight off and is looking good!
