I cant really sum up the benefits of drug rehabilitation in one entry. Actually, as a matter of fact..I have a very close friend going through rehab right now. It is very hard to go through rehab and it does take a strong person. There are so many facilities out there that offer rehab, and various ways to get sober such as the 12 step program, etc.

If you suspect you have a problem, its best to find which rehab suits you the best, one that will work with your attitude, maybe even your brand of spirituality. Take your time and choose wisely!

My twenty second birthday is coming up. Ok, so its not REALLY coming up…but..it will be here this year, eventually hahaha. August 9th, actually.

Ive talked to my mom and discussed what I could possibly want and what I REALLY want is a trip to Las Vegas! I wanna stay in some awesome hotel in Vegas and I want my cousin and her boyfriend to be able to come, also with my fiance..but thats sort of unspoken. He and I are an entity so we are together..pretty much always!

And heres a secret..ehheheehe…we MIGHT get married while we are in Vegas ;). How cool would that be? Sort of like eloping but not really…since Kelley would be there and shed get to see..oh man..how fun it would be!!

I dont write a lot about drug rehab, or <addiction treatment, however, I just watched the reunion of “Celebrity Rehab” which is a tv show that came on VH1 that dealt with issues of addiction among “celebrities.” I think this show was awesome because it really brought addiction out into the forefront, and make people see addicts as HUMAN BEINGS and not just empty vessels.

With that said, I think it is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT for those who believe they may have a substance abuse problem, eating disorder, or anything..to seek treatment. To seek help.

Asking for help is NOT admitting weakness. It is being strong enough to be human.
