I am a Tennessean. Born, bred, and proud. I love my state and to be honest, there isnt anywhere else id rather be. We have so many beautiful places to go during the spring and summer considering the East half of our state is covered in the Appalachian Mountains and West half is halfway to New Orleans..id say that cant be too bad can it? Haha.
Lots of people may think “Ugh, Tennessee for vacation?” But, trust me guys. If you are a sucker for natural beauty then I would look into getting some Pigeon Forge cabin rentals or something and go check out one of our most POPULAR destinations…Pigeon Forge. There are plenty of attractions there for ya and….its just beautiful.

Lets face it. Most men LOVE power tools.

Ok, my boyfriend is like…an exception to MOST rules about men. He doesnt watch sports, he doesnt really play them..doesnt like the typical “man” stuff..HOWEVER…..he will LOVE a power tool. When it becomes Christmas time and I am at a loss for words…tool kit..here I come! Hmm, maybe this year ill get him some air tools. I know for a FACT he doesnt have any of those. Wow! Look at me..I am already making Christmas plans and its….April!!! Scary. Do I sound like a housewife? eeeek!! HAahahaha.

Just a couple entries back I was talking about how I am in desperate need of a vacation and would love to take a sweet vacation somewhere nice with my fiance.
Well, I remember when I was like..16 and my ex boyfriend had joined the Marines and he was graduating at Parris Island, South Carolina…we passed the Hilton Head! My mom wanted to go so bad..it would be a dream for her I know. So..ive been looking into some Hilton Head rentals to see how much they cost and to see it I could catch a deal..maybe I can..maybe I cant..those deals run fast ya know!!!

I can just hear the crowds of men screaming “WHERE? WHERE?” Hahaha. No, seriously..men lover poker, dont they? Tons of my boyfriends friends will sit and play poker for HOURS. Personally, for me, I find it boring..but then again..im a girl. But, there is something exciting about seeing a bunch of guys so super concentrated on the game My fiance is decent at playing, but he couldnt beat any of them…hes actually trying to learn how to play so he can get better and start kickin some butt! Hmm, maybe I should buy some poker tables. Then everyone would be wanting to come over to my house to play AHHHH!!!!

Our environment has been somewhat of a hot topic lately. In recent years, it has become not only a revolutionary issue for some, a debate issue for others, but also, recently..it become one of the most important issues surrounding our current US Presidential Race. I hear so many things, from so many different sides. Global Warming is an issue that I personally believe everyone should be taking seriously. The signs are all around us. Now, I listen to a lot of talk radio and there are certain talk radio personalities (I would rather not name names) that believe Global Warming and other environmental issues have been completely made up by “liberals.” Well, obviously these people havent opened their eyes and taken a look around. We need our planet, our planet needs us, our planet gives us…what we give it. We give it toxicity. Constant toxicity as we drive around our SUVs that use too much gas and blow horrible fumes into our atmosphere that rip holes into our Ozone Layer. This is an issue that is very close to my heart, and hits home with me increadibly. Recently on a trip to New Orleans I was appaled at all the litter and trash I saw everywhere. It literally broke my heart. This is something we have to start taking seriously, people!

Now, there are plenty of environmental products out there available on our market for you to use so that you can create a small one man, one woman, or one child revolution in combating environmental problems. Look around at our world, the effects are everywhere..right in front of our faces. In fact, some may be so close you look right through them. But, please, people, I will beg if I have to..take notice..take action. Take CARE of mother Earth because she has taken care of us for many years.

Its something I always notice when I go over to other peoples houses. Their faucets. Were they custom selected? Came with the house?
My cousin has these really cool faucets that look stainless steel. Sometimes I see commercials on TV for REALLY cool, modern looking faucets that dont even really look like faucets at all. Its really cool how amazing technology is…I mean..even FAUCETS look cool now. Mine are all old and they look like theyre from the 60s…thats because they are from the 60s. Hah. I should look into some Price Pfister faucets. Maybe then my life would be complete.

It seemed like my aunt was in the hospital for a long time. Probably like..4 or 5 months. She had a rare disease that was very similar to leukemia..but was not quite leukemia. I remember I would sit in the room with her to talk and I would just stare around the hospital room. I dont know how someone could be comfortable in one of those rooms for long. Kinda crazy to me. One thing I remember was all of the exam gloves all over the place…you know..the had the latex white ones..and the latex free blue ones.

I always took a pair of the blue ones. But, SHHHHHH dont tell anyone!

I remember when my fiance (then boyfriend) were living with my mom..his smoking was a big issue and to be honest..we were both too lazy to go outside and do it. My mom didnt really mind but eventually the people upstairs started to complain about the smell and the apartment manager said we should get some air purifiers. Well, I agree and I thought it would be a cool idea. They helped out TONS. Not only did it get rid of the smoke smell, it got rid of all sorts of allergens in the air too that made me sneeze and stuff. Yucky!!

Get one! I command you. They have some pretty cheap ones at walmart that work GREAT. Or..just click that link up there and get an even BETTER one!

There are many things in this world I wish I had the money to do. Going to India would be…SUPER nice. Really nice, actually. Thats my dream. But, lets talk more…short term goal. Id love to go to the beach, get a nice beach house, maybe a moped or vespa to ride around on. You know, a nice romantic vacation. Maybe I should check into some Outer Banks rentals and see if they offer any good deals. Im sure they do…I hope they do. Argh! Money is so good but oh so bad!!! I wish I had more of it..ahhaah

Im a girl. Its NO secret that girls LOVE shoes, am I right you guys (or gals)? Yes! I am right!
All women love shoes. Now, to be quite honest, while I really do love shoes…im not much of a shoe person. I know there are tons of women out there who collect shoes and have closets FULL of them. As a matter of fact, I was watching “Bad Girls Club” on the Oxygen channel and I remember all those girls having like..tons of shoes. Well, while I do love my shoes…I dont have that many. I have one pair of Chuck Taylors, one pair of flip flops, which I wear all summer…and my “ballerina” type house shoes that my cousin got me for Christmas. I actually wear those around lol…as real shoes. I wear them to walmart and everything ahahaha. Anyway…you guys should check out Naot shoes. Yeah buddy!
