My car is back!!Posted on July 31st, 2007 @ 7:10 pm
Ok, I just got a call from my dealership and my car is ready for me to come and pick up. I didnt talk about this too much here on my web because, well, to be honest. I was very upset. I got rearended downtown about three weeks ago, and it messed up the bumper of my car. The kids driving did not have insurance..so..id like to take this time to write about the importance of insurance on your car, or your teens car.
The guy who hit me was probably about 16, just got his license, and was driving around with his girlfriend who looked younger. They did not even have liability insurance.
Insurance is the first task you should take care of once you get a car. It is not hard to do and there are tons of different types of insurance out there for anyone. It doesnt matter if youre a new driver, teen driver, have a leased vehicle or just an all out bad driver. Not to mention, it doesnt matter what kind of car you have. Compact, sedan, SUV..it doesnt matter. There are all types of insurance out there for you.
A lot of parents will not buy their childs insurance. I guess they figure that the child needs to pay for their own. I totally disagree with this…everyone needs insurance and if you go check out www.avantageautoquotes.com you can find awesome information on a teen driver auto policy.
Believe it or not, theyve also got poor driver auto insurance rates. I may need to look into that one, personally..hahaha!!
If you dont have insurance yet, and you happen to be reading this..do yourself and your car a favor and go check out some different automobile insurance policies and at the least try to get some classic car liability insurance! Its very important for both you, your car, and anyone you may have a future “run-in” with.

Internet Drama Llamas!Posted on July 31st, 2007 @ 6:58 pm
Oh my gosh..hahaha.
I got my first domain when I was like..13 or 14. And I remember all the stupid internet drama that would go on. My cousin and her friend even made a website review website and assigned me as a reviewer an id purposely give them really bad reviews. Theyd get so mad and it would start all sorts of net drama.
I didnt know it still existed, but apparently it does..and its a lot more serious. I guess that the drama is more serious because everyone is older. But, there is a certain website (im not given this dude any free publicity) where all he does is rip into women and children. I mean, seriously…who would talk about children? He talks about how ugly they are, etc. He takes their pictures off of their websites and then posts them on his website along with his negative comments. Kids cant help how they look…and they cant even help that they exist.
The sad part is, these people take this stuff sooo seriously.

New ways to blog..Posted on July 30th, 2007 @ 8:36 pm
I found a cool new way to blog and make some extra cash doing it. Its called Blogvertise and it looks much more promising than other ways ive tried to to generate income by using my blog.
Its basically like this..
Advertisers want publicity. They need it. And we need moolah. So, we just write about their products, and their services..create a buzz!
A lot of the products and services are things we all use on a daily basis anyways..so..it will be like blogging about things you love, and getting paid for it.
Seriously, what could be better than that?

a vacation would be nice.Posted on July 28th, 2007 @ 5:40 pm
A couple weeks ago my boyfriend and I took a trip to Memphis. Its only about four hours away from my home town, but its the farthest ive really been without an adult companion..lol…sounds funny because I am an adult but..I wasnt an adult when I traveled before..whew..anyway…
It really got me in the travelin mood. I like getting away for a while. Ive been thinking of places id like to go..realistic places hahaha. I mean id love to go to Japan or India but thats just not on my budget right now. So ive got a friend in San Diego, California. California would be awesome because ive never been that far out West. The farthest ive been is Oklahoma and Oklahoma is a far cry from California hahaha.
I chose San Diego because, number one ive got a friend there who could show us out on the town and it seems like a beautiful city. Ive been checking out hotels in the area and im kinda diggin the San Diego Ivy Hotel. Im pretty particular about my hotels unless im on a super super sharp budget.
We were planning to go to Seattle sometime in August..but..now im not so sure because we are going to New Orleans in October. So I may save the money for the Seattle trip..save more..and make it to SD in the late late fall like November..almost winter. That would be cool.
We will see…

Oh no! The Police!Posted on July 27th, 2007 @ 5:12 am
Im not talking about THAT kind of police…
Im talking about the FASHION police, silly! Now, ill be the first one to admit that I am not the fashionista. I really have..little to no sense of fashion in a sense that I dont care about the latest trends, or the best brand names. I usually go for what I like, doesnt matter where it comes from and I dont feel like I have to spend big bucks on clothing. But, there is one thing I am very very particular about..the most important article of clothing I own…my blue jeans.
My blue jeans are no joke. They are a staple in my wardrobe and I cant think of a time (other than sleepy time and sexy time) that I dont wear my good ol’ jeans.
So, ive decided to take a break from my general…”anti fashion” (if you will) and splurge on a pair of seven 7 jeans for all mankind. Seriously..if youre a jean wearer like me..go look at them. Theyre freaking, irresistible. Dressy, casual, laid back, I just love them. Im really gonna go big this time and ive got my eye on the perfect pair…
I cant wait to put them on for the first time.

The Celebrity SagaPosted on July 25th, 2007 @ 8:00 pm
Oh my gosh, have you guys heard about what happened to Lindsay Lohan? Seriously, this girl needs some help.
Anyway, im a huge fan of celebrity gossip and all that good stuff, and lately ive been reading about celebrity plastic surgery which..most all celebs seem to have even if it doesnt look like it. I just dont understand the concept behind it. I mean, dont get me wrong..I know that physical beauty is important to everyone, but physical beauty can only get you so far. It can get you millions of dollars..but im not sure its worth it to have millions but be sitting alone in a huge house with your head in your hands crying because youre still not pretty on the inside and your last plastic surgery seriously screwed your face up so now youre not even pretty on the outside.
And im not even gonna touch on age. Well, ok, yeah I am. When you get plastic surgery and you age a bit..you look..well, HORRIBLE.
I mean, we just cant help the way we look, we are born this way and obviously, we are meant to look a certain way. I dont see the point in changing that and sadly, Hollywood dictates the total opposite to so many people in todays world. Nearly everyone in Hollywood has “had some work done.”
Had some work done..hahaha.
